Branding of Streshnevo Low-Rise Block
Streshnevo Low-Rise Block is a debut project of Hutton Development – a young, yet ambitious Moscow developer. It was required to develop the visual identity for a chamber-like business-class block of apartments situated in the up-market district in the north-west of Moscow; another task was to create a brochure presenting the real estate before its market launch.
Proximity to Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo natural-historic park and general reputation of the north-west of Moscow as a “green” district became determinative when creating the brand. The logo is a modern variation on the theme of the noble arms: the house represented in the form of an elegant eight pointed star is placed in its center and surrounded by the lace foliage. Identity colors – subdued golden and deep brown – set the overall character of communications: calm and noble. Mood-setting photos in warm colors add a hint of placidity, while light, handwritten headers emphasize natural, and yet unique character of the brand.
We have introduced to the market a new brand with integral, consistent system of communications that allows to deliver all advantages of the real estate to the target audience in a persuasive and clear manner. The first in Hutton Development portfolio, the project formed the basis of its reputation visualizing the company’s capability to create attractive, high-quality product.
